Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation & No Show Policy for private tour (Low season 1 May – 31 Oct)
- Cancellation notice should be notified at least 15 days before prior to the arrival date, the full payment would be refunded.
- Failure to comply with later than 15 days will be charged with Late Cancellation 50% from the total of deposit amount.
- Failure to comply with later than 7 days will be charged with Full Amount for Late Cancellation.
- Failure to comply with Full Amount will be charged for No Show.
- Cancellation & No Show Policy for private tour (High-Peak season 1 Nov – 30 Apr)
- Cancellation notice should be notified at least 25 days before prior to the arrival date, the full payment would be refunded.
- Failure to comply with Full Amount will be charged for No Show.
- Failure to comply with later than 25 days will be charged with Late Cancellation 50% from the total of deposit amount.
- Failure to comply with later than 15 days will be charged with Full Amount for Late Cancellation.
- Failure to comply with Full Amount will be charged for No Show.
