Itinerary

Get ready to tick off the top of your bucket list!
Early in the morning you will be picked up at your hotel by your guide and driven to Elephant Dream Valley. This is an ethical elephant sanctuary where the elephants are allowed to roam around freely – no baskets, hooks or chains are used at this camp. You will arrive early and have 30 mins of 1 to 1 time with these gentle giants. Then after the rest of the day’s group arrive, join in the daily activities: going for a walk with them in the jungle, feeding them and after lunch, bathing them in the river and in mud!
Afterwards, our guide will lead you to a local Karen hill tribe village to learn the customs and traditions of these fascinating people. Then visit Maewang water fall which is the most popular place in the area. Round off the day with a leisurely glide down the scenic river on a bamboo raft, expertly navigated by a local villager. Return to Chiang Mai in the late afternoon.

Driving distance is approximately 1.5hrs each way
Early start 7am to arrive in time to 30 mins 1 to 1 with the elephants before the rest of the group arrive.

The deposit are paid 20% at time of booking (transfer to us in advance only) The balance 70% (Future payment) will be paid in Thai Bath (THB) cash to your tour guide on the 1 st day of tour only.
